Recommended starting point: Foundation ($2,000/mo) is the right entry as content-only. Adding Full Management (+$600/mo) brings it to $2,600/mo total and solves the posting-consistency problem directly. Growth and Authority are there to scale into once the system is proven.
Terms & Notes

A few things worth noting.

Content Ownership
Full ownership of all delivered video and photo content transfers to Imagos Capital upon payment each month. I retain the right to feature final pieces in my own portfolio and case studies unless you'd prefer otherwise.
On-Site Filming
Filming happens on-site, properties, office, market walkthroughs, on a schedule set each month. A shot list is sent ahead of every session so time on-site stays efficient. In-person shoot days are billed separately from the content package: a flat day rate for simple talking-head/studio-style shoots, and quoted case-by-case for more involved on-location shoots.
Revisions
One round of revisions included per video. Additional revision rounds are billed at a flat rate per piece, quoted before any extra work begins.
Payment & Term
Billed monthly, due on the 1st. First month due at signing to begin production. Month-to-month, no long-term lock-in, 30 days' notice to cancel or change tiers.
Compliance & Disclosures
Anything referencing the Income Fund, returns, or investment performance gets your compliance sign-off before it goes out. No return promises, no performance claims, ever, without approval.
Brand Voice
Every piece is written and cut to match Imagos Capital's existing tone: structured, disciplined, long-term. Nothing that reads like a typical broker post.

Vertical Content.

Short-form video built for scroll-stopping performance. Hook, retain, convert, in 60 seconds or less. This is the standard every piece for Imagos Capital would be held to.
